Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• No cancellation fees will be charged.

Late Cancellation Fee

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date will incur a late cancellation charge.
• The guest will be charged 50% of one night's room rate as a cancellation fee.
• The remaining balance of any advance payment will be refunded (if applicable).

No-Show Policy

• If a guest does not arrive on the day of check-in and fails to cancel the booking in advance, the reservation will be marked as a no-show.
• In such cases, one full night's room rate will be charged, and the rest of the stay will be automatically cancelled.
• No refund will be applicable for no-show bookings.
